EUC Laws: The Future of PEV's and Regulation

I am wholeheartedly optimistic about the future of electric unicycle laws, enforcement, regulation, integration and industrialization. I am sure that the inevitable metamorphosis of the landscape will be a capitalism driven, positive direction for wheeling and wheelers alike. Even though the thought of losing the freedom to ride personal electric vehicles PEV's without registration, insurance and other hinderances in the current manner that we do seems threatening and disheartening, I know it will actually be very liberating and open up a new grand set of doors and opportunities for everyone.
