Pokémon's $600 Scheme | Fixing Hoenn's Pay-To-Win Problem

A forgotten part of Pokémon's history is how — in the move from Generation 2 to Generation 3 — GameFreak removed the ability to trade up from previous-gen games. At the time of Ruby and Sapphire's release, this caused a crisis in the fanbase because FireRed and LeafGreen weren't announced yet, and even with the Kanto remakes, there was still no clear way to get Johto Pokemon into Hoenn. What they did to solve that problem would end up costing trainers a LOT of money if they wanted to take on the series' mission of catching 'em all. Lets fix that.
