Starting in 2012 in a pole barn, Lloyd Rebar Company was originally just selling rebar to small concrete contractors. In the past five years, the business has grown by over 300% to employ 8 fabricators, an estimator, a salesman, alongside Co-owner and President Jared Mawhorr. Their ability to estimate and supply small and large contractors in the region with rebar has taken the business to new heights, experiencing 125% growth in the past year. Committed to keeping costs low, they've invested in state-of-the-art equipment and in a new space in Shelby, providing numerous new jobs in the coming year.
