In Todays video, I am making my version of Leftover Turkey and Broth Noodle Soup. I am trying my best to be precise, however with leftovers it’s hard because there is never the same amount. So…. Here goes.
Leftover Turkey Noodle Soup

👩🏼‍🍳 Recipe:
[ ] 8-10 Cups Turkey broth( can sub chicken broth or do half and half, just make it work for you)
[ ] 4 Cups shredded Turkey (use as little or as much as you like)
[ ] 1-12oz. Bag Egg Noodles
[ ] 1 Medium Diced Onion
[ ] 4 Stalks Celery
[ ] 2 Cups Diced Carrots
[ ] 1 Tb. Minced Garlic
[ ] 1 Tb. Garlic Powder
[ ] 1 Tb. Onion Powder
[ ] Salt & Pepper to taste

👩🏼‍🍳 Directions:
Bring broth to a boil and add vegetables. Can add spices and shredded turkey also.
Boil until carrots are tender or almost tender.
Next add egg noodles .
Continues to boil until egg noodles are the consistency you prefer. 6-8 min. Remove from burner, dip out a bowl full and enjoy. Careful it’s very hot.
