Ofc. D. Ward (4L51) attempts to stop a Honda Accord for expired tags near Old Congo Road and Interstate 30 frontage. The driver flees onto Interstate 30 and drives into Pulaski County. ASP Troop A intervened and performed a TVI on the vehicle at W 36th St and Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock. Two toddlers were located inside of the vehicle without child safety seats.
