Todays moron. Driving in excess of 60mph in a 30, downhill on the wrong side of the road towards traffic lights. As we pulled out to overtake a parked car I heard him approaching from a way back so I decided not to take prime position. You can see why. His speed was fucking ridiculous and when challenged (which you may not hear it very well) he defended himself by saying he was way over to the right and we were on the left. When I mentioned his speed he basically shrugged and said thats for the Police then. When I tapped on my camera and advised him I would report him his face visibly changed. I advised him (firmly warned in fact) not to overtake us when he pulled away. He then decided to protest again he was out of our way to which I told him I'd seen him speed before. He has form. He's passed me about 4 times in the last few weeks doing 60-70 up the other side of the hill (too fast to get the reg on cam). Today he got caught and a bit of kharma. Reported.
