Global superstar Rauw Alejandro brings the rhythm to PS 96 in Harlem, teaching students the history, sounds, and moves of salsa. From learning about its Afro-Caribbean roots to mastering the beat, Rauw shows the class how music connects generations and cultures.

With Rauw’s guidance, the students put their new moves to the test in a special performance to his hit song “Mirando al Cielo.”
