Ingredients:
For Meringue
4 cups cashew nuts (bake and chopped) 2 cups fo meringue and 2 cups for the decoration
10 egg white (large eggs) room temperature
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Buttercream
10 egg yolks (large eggs)
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2 cups unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
