This video is focusing on teaching how to perform a leg swing!
Start with side-to-side turns, maintain an average speed and start coordinating your arm and leg movements.
Lift one leg, and reach under the leg with the opposite arm! Make sure your rope is turning smooth and you are ready to jump any time.
Start with double bounce and keep alternating the leg lifts!
Add some speed, and a bit of jumping!
This one is not a high cardio workout, it is rather focusing on technic and it looks more spectacular!
As in the previous videos, in this one too, we make sure that we are able to perform the movement precisely with a double bounce and only after that we switch to regular speed!
We recommend for beginners to practice 3 to 5 times a week, short sections (3-10 minutes) jump rope routines, with longer (1-3 min) breaks.
Focus on learning proper technic, as a number one goal! Only then you can build the next tricks, higher impact workouts to a strong foundation, avoid injuries and enjoy your trainings!
