This gentle flowing, moving meditation is for those of us who just can't sit still to meditate. If you've ever tried to meditate and your mind seems to go crazy, or it makes you feel more restless and anxious - you're not alone.
Sometimes what we need is a bridge between movement and stillness, a gentle moving meditation to help calm the mind, settle the body first.
This short sequence will help you unwind, relax, or simply prepare you well for sitting meditation if you want to try it after.
There are no vocals or voice over in this practice, instead you're invited to follow along and copy my movements. Don't worry about getting it perfect or if you get mixed up. Simply follow as best you can and enjoy a calming and relaxing practice.
This is suitable for all levels. You can easily follow the arm movements seated in a chair if that works better for you. If you like, please subscribe!
