Digital Transformation is no longer an option: Every company needs to undergo digital transformation, even digital companies! In this session, we will discuss the challenges confronted by managers who take digital transformation seriously. While most observers focus on the technological changes required for change, such as data analytics, automation, cloud, and APIs., the organizational challenges may turn out to be the more difficult ones. Every technological shift has had a corresponding shift in how firms are structured and organized and how managers make decisions. In this session, we will dig into how to design an organizational strategy that fits the technological strategy needed for true digital transformation.
