This quick 20 minute shoulder workout is perfect for home or the gym 💪🏻
We’re hitting every part of the shoulders to build strength, shape, and definition. Using just a pair of dumbbells, you’ll move through supersets that maximise muscle activation and deliver that post session shoulder pump we all love.
Quick, effective, and time efficient! Ideal when you’re short on time but still want to feel that burn 🔥
Equipment:
• Pair of light–medium dumbbells
• Mat or soft surface
Workout Format:
Superset 1 (x2)
▫️ 12 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
▫️ 12 Lateral Raises
Superset 2 (x2)
▫️ 12 Front Raises
▫️ 12 Upright Rows
Superset 3 (x2)
▫️ 12 Arnold Press
▫️ 12 Reverse Flys
Superset 4 (x2)
▫️ 12 Z-Press
▫️ 12 Plank Shoulder Taps
Burnout (x2 rounds)
▫️ 30s Clean & Press
▫️ 30s Overhead Hold
▫️ 30s Push Press
