How to get an extra 20 million in Luigi's Mansion 1 that we got in this playthrough: Luigi must water the plant in the Boneyard three times: once during the first visit (to sprout it), again after defeating Bogmire (to bud it), and finally after defeating Boolossus (to reveal money and the Gold Diamond). Missing any step causes the plant to wilt, losing the rewards, which makes it much higher to get the 100,000,000+ gold needed for Rank A mansions. So, be careful and make sure to get that gold diamond if you're aiming for rank A!
