Today we are taking a peek at 2 examples of Muzzle Brakes offered by Witt Machine located in Fort Garland Colorado. Some very nice looking pieces made from 416 stainless steel billet proudly 100% made in the USA by a veteran owned company. Ive been waiting to test these from the moment I ran across them. They have an interesting design that I feel will yield some positive results. Quality machining and a interesting gas escape design should make these fun to experiment with. Another aspect that made me very interested in testing these is the Clamp on variant, we have had a Bull Barreled Rock River AR with a stainless steel barrel for years that is not threaded. These could make a welcome addition to a hunting rifle that has some punch without having to spend the extra money to have it sent of to a machinist to be threaded on top of the cost for the brake. The clamp on muzzle brake is a welcome addition to a thin pool of choices. The official name of these brakes from Witt Machine is muzzle rise eliminator. They arrived in a black cerakote and look to be of high quality. Having a high quality muzzle brake that requires no gunsmithing or eliminates the hassle of sending your firearm off to a machinists for threading is a welcome addition!
