This was a series of six half hourly programs first aired by Channel 4 television in the UK in 1990, it's written and narrated by Christopher Wood (1941-2009) who was an English art dealer at the forefront of the revival of interest in Victorian art in the late 20th century. This is my own particular favourite genre of art, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Wood at an art fair in Manchester probably in the late 1990s, I asked him about the TV series and that I enjoyed it so much I asked if it was going to be re-run, he said there are no plans but he has copies on videotape (VHS) for sale it cost £50 but I'm so glad I bought a copy. Copying of these videos are not allowed in any way shape or form.
