For beginners each workout do it for 20 secs and gradually increase your time. For intermediate do it for 40 secs. For advance you can do it for longer. Through out the workout keep your abs tight and breath.
Repeat 3 rounds or more it's upto your level of fitness.
Do it everyday 💪✌️😎
