Cotton candy cakes are a unique spin on the traditional serving technique. We demonstrate how the cakes are formed along with some suggested toppings.
Smaller irregular shaped toppings like shredded coconut work great for cake topping or between layers. Larger smooth toppings keep the layers from combining, so although they make for a tasty treat, serving can be messy as the cake does not hold together as well.
Savor each layer separately or slice for fun flavor combinations.
