The last few months I’ve been travelling a bit and so have missed some of my favourite dishes from namma ooru. In this short vlog, I reacquaint my taste buds with the comforting joy of an idli in the kotte kadubu and an unusual coconut shell-steamed idli at the new outpost of Jagli Tindi a passion enterprise committed to showcasing dakshina kannada’s tiffin thindi.
