We usually spend weeks deciding on footwear, clothes, gear, blister prevention, travel details, and maps. Yet few, if any of us, think about "what happens afterwards?". Our focus is on the journey ahead, not what happens when it's complete and you must return home to your previous life.
Preparing oneself for when you get home is just as crucial. An experienced Camino Pilgrim and Life Coach Adam Wells reflects upon the potential issues and things to be considered before and upon the return from Camino.
