早上吃個餅,一天好心情!台台之前已經教過大家蔥油餅、手抓餅、土家醬香餅、雞蛋灌餅等大眾面食了,今天不走尋常路,請來老朋友朱厘米老師做個快手又有創意的小蔥臘腸煎餅。這個餅包法像花卷,調味像蔥油餅,做法像煎包,雖說“三不像”,味道卻很贊,外酥內軟,帶有臘腸的油脂和迷人的蔥香,用朱老師的口頭禪說:好吃到人格分裂!
