那這次我們要用有嚼勁的「墨西哥餅」
包裹起司做出濃郁風味的口袋餅！

🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉墨西哥餅 2片
👉莫札瑞拉起司片 4片
👉切達起司片 4片
👉黑胡椒粒 ½小匙
👉火腿片 4片

1大匙 = 1湯匙 = 15ml
1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml

🥣備料🥣
①熱鍋下油，將火腿煎至金黃備用
🥘開始簡單製作🥘
①墨西哥餅皮鋪上起司與火腿，再灑上胡椒鹽
②將墨西哥餅對折再對折
③將墨西哥餅烤至起司融化即可

👉Tortilla 2pcs
👉Mozzarella cheese slices 4pcs
👉Cheddar Cheese Slices 4pcs
👉Black pepper ½t
👉Ham 4pcs

🥣Preparation🥣
①Preheat the pot then add oil, then brown the ham then set aside.

①Top the cheese and ham on the tortilla, then sprinkle pepper salt.
②Fold the tortilla then fold it again.
③Roast the tortilla until the cheese melted, then you are ready to serve.
