To clarify some things. This job consisted of managing district payroll, schedules, HR issues, literally everything. I was mainly on a laptop 99% of the time. Walmart contracts companies to hire "MARKET Managers," for different departments. Mine was based around electronics. The company I worked for had the same VP of operations and was bought out by Walmart.
