Tuxtla Gutierrez - Chased Out Of The Museum! (Again!)🇲🇽

My latest Chiapas travel vlog exploring the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez, including museums, botanical gardens, street food, and a surprisingly great budget hotel stay.

Tuxtla Gutierrez is often overlooked by travelers rushing to Sumidero Canyon or San Cristobal, but spending a day exploring the city revealed far more than I expected. In this video, I walk through the main square, visit the Coffee Museum of Chiapas, and stop by the Anthropological Museum before being politely chased out for filming.

I also take a relaxing walk through the botanical gardens, sample some local tacos, and wrap up the day with a review of the place I stayed - one of the best hotel deals I’ve found anywhere in Mexico.

This is a ground-level look at Tuxtla Gutierrez as it really is, from public spaces and museums to everyday food and affordable accommodations, all experienced while traveling full-time through southern Mexico.
