Egg Tarts 8-12 Servings
Ingredients
Tart-
1 Cup / 120G. All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup / 113G. Unsalted Butter (1 Stick) (Cold)
1 Egg Yolk
2 Tbsp / 15G. Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp / 30 mL. Cold Water
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Egg Custard-
2 Tbsp / 30 mL. Hot Water
2 Tbsp / 25G. Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 Cup / 60 mL. Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
425F / 218C for 15 minutes or until a golden-brown crust.
