There are so many problems with diet plans today, and the biggest reason they don't work is because they are hyper-focused on Weight LOSS. It's easier than you think to lose weight. I mean anytime you deplete your body of a necessity, it will get lighter. Taking out Carbs, or Fats, or calories, will always promote weight loss. But losing weight in such a way is only temporary and not sustainable. Your body is depleted for goodness sakes, and sooner or later, it's going to want more nutrients. And, what the body wants, the body will climb mountains to get.

How to Make Creamy Carrot Soup | Diana Stobo

Hi I am Diana Stobo, welcome to the Daily Juice. I am going to make a creamy Carrot Soup today.
This is one of the first recipes I ever created when I transitioned into raw, I wanted something that was creamy and slightly warm and I like sweetness, so this was a perfect recipe for me.
So this starts with Carrot juice of-course you can press it yourself or you can purchase it. Hopefully it’s not flash pasteurized, it is better to press it yourself, if you have the time do so. Okay, and little bit of Olive oil, for flavor some Lemon juice and I like to put a little tang into mine, so I put a half of a half Jalapeno, make sure you don’t put the seeds in, they are very spicy. There we go, got to love your vitamix, you can just flop it in and the creaminess comes from the Avocado, so take a nice fresh Avocado, remove the seed, now save the quarter of it for the garnish on top, so three quarters of the Avocado going in and then we are going to season with just a little bit of Salt and blend.
Now I am going to let this blend for a while because I want the friction of the Vitamix to heat it up and you can test it with your hands on the side, right now it’s still cold from the Carrot juice, and you will know when it gets to the right temperature. Okay it’s slightly warm to the touch, just perfect. It’s not above 110 degrees, it is still a raw food but it’s warm enough to give you that satisfaction of a warm soup.
Mmm, you know as with any food sight is equally as important as taste and smell, so what you always do before we serve ourselves a meal is garnish. I think lovely Red Pepper on top would be nice, a little Cucumber and then let’s add that quarter of an Avocado that we did not put into the mix. This will create a nice texture, and that my friends, is a lovely meal.
Mmm, very nurturing, very warm, Oooo spicy with the Jalapeno, so good.
