Matt Forte being awesome for an hour

Matt Forte was a running back who played for the Chicago Bears from 2008 to 2014.

The Senior out of Tulane University had 2127 rushing yards, scored 23 touchdowns and was the Senior Bowl MVP.

Forte was selected by the Chicago Bears with the 44th overall pick in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft.

Initially drafted to compete with Cedric Benson for the starting runningback job, Forte was thrust into the starting lineup when the Bears released Benson due to legal issues.

Forte went on to establish himself as one of the greatest players in Chicago Bears history.

In his 8 years with the Bears he rushed for 8602 yards, had 4116 receiving yards, scored 75 touchdowns and would top the 1000 yard rushing mark 5 times.

He made the All-Rookie team, the Pro Bowl twice and is ranked 34th on the list of the Top 100 greatest Bears of all-time.
