I Just finished installing and commissioning this Large ABB Robot at the factory I work at. Was a fun project. It pours urethane foam from three PLC controlled foaming machines that we modified into custom mouldings with different pour patterns.
The Robot is the master and also controls a safety controller PLC, carousel Mould controller PLC and a rotation PLC.
