A Drive from Aston Clinton to Aylesbury

This video is for Kathleen, I shall do a walking video and include the bell when the weather is a bit better, there was a grey cloud and A little fall of rain so I carried on to Aylesbury.

My little set of local videos, I have 60 at last count, were made specifically but not exclusively for the Tring memories group on Facebook. Many members lived locally as kids and young adults and are interested to know what their hometown and surrounding areas look like now.

As I pull in to Aylesbury, which was the civic centre carpark, I’m not sure what it’s called now, I can hardly recognise it from when I first knew the town.

I remember the red civic centre building. As I pull into the new carpark I can’t even remember the orientation of the old buildings. I’ve added images of the old buildings.

I have a couple of videos yet to load (I hope to do those later today,) of the newly updated areas, including the waterside theatre with Ronnie barker bronze statue. The David Bowie statue and I also have had a lovely walk round Aylesbury old town. I forgot how pretty the old town is so look out for those videos.
