0:00 - 2:00: Introduction, attendees, overview of the Sprint 18 goal to do a database remodel for easier email recategorization.
2:00 - 6:20: Review of product backlog items (PBIs) worked on:
Bug reported by Wicksy on incorrect initial call counts (nothing done)
Scanning from last successful date (blocked by Azure SDK bug)
Fixing OpenAI prompts to better recognize checkers with nicknames
Including receivers when sending checkers to OpenAI
Improving logging
Fixing production deployment issue
Experimenting with bicep user-defined types
Redesigning the data model (in review)
6:20 - 8:40: Status updates - successful deployments, report views, plans for customer demo instance and generic categorization.
8:40 - 10:50: What went well - data remodeling work with tags/categories, having Luke back in same time zone, plan to change report names.
10:50 - 13:50: What can be improved - Daniel pulled away for 2-2.5 hours to setup brainstorming, need for dry run before presenting to product owner, explaining user pain before technical details in PBI reviews.
13:50 - 16:20: Action items - ensure Adam understands tag/category changes, update CRM for product owner info, recording action items.
16:20 - 19:30: Feedback that the review went slow with too many technical details on plumbing work instead of product improvements.
19:30 - 22:15: Discussion on whether to cover the forecast planning or feedback from "chewing the fat" session in this recording.
22:15: Decision to do forecast planning now. Goal to have Power BI reports work with redesigned data model. Top priorities are finishing data model redesign, creating demo instance, adding categorization to CheckBy report, bicep user-defined types.
