Boots on the Ground - Princes Town

Out on the road from 5:45 am today, the Hon. Jearlean John, Minister of Works and Infrastructure, led a tour of priority sites in 📍 Princes Town. Minister John was joined by Dr. the Hon. Aiyna Ali, MP for Princes Town; Mr. Gowrie Roopnarine, Chairman of the Princes Town Regional Corporation; Mr. Latchmienarine Ramdhan, Councillor for St. Julien/Princes Town North; and the Ministry’s team of technical experts.

The group visited over eight sites along Pascal Road, Sisters Road, St. Julien Road, School Trace and Nohar Road, focusing on urgent slope stabilisation and roadway rehabilitation. At each stop, they assessed challenges, explored solutions and mapped the way forward to improve the infrastructure in this community.
