How I Save HOURS with This GTD Workflow | Getting Things Done

GTD (Getting Things Done) by David Allen is one of the most well-known productivity systems in the world. After testing multiple task management methods, I keep coming back to GTD because it just works. Since 2021, this system has helped me stay organized, disciplined, and focused without feeling overwhelmed. In this video, I'm also sharing how I use Todoist with this system and do a quick demo of my account.

In this video, I’ll walk you through how I use GTD in my daily life, breaking down its core principles and how I’ve adapted them to fit my workflow. My approach may not be 100% by the book. I’ve tweaked things over time through trial and error but that’s the beauty of productivity systems: they should work for you.
