WeCookiers shows you by taking one shamrock cookie cutter, you can make at least 15 separate designs, actually many more sugar cookies!

All of these designs, except for one, are the wet-on-wet technique. Make sure when you are doing this kind of decorating that when you take the royal icing for mixing the icing colors, that the icing consistency of the two colors is the same. If they are not, the thinner color will pull the thicker color into itself and cause fading or color bleeding.

For the sake of making these super easy for anyone to create, you could add other decorating cookie ideas like:
-airbrushing cookies
-using silk screen cookie stencils (like cookie stenciling over the wet-on-wet when dried)
-add edible cookie images and more
