The Ghost of Bad Habits and the Spirit of Creativity give voice to the forces of Nature: dark and light, destructive and regenerative, and how they may be expressed in our world, the stars, human behavior, laughter and fire light... Scary and lovingly hopeful, these monologic reflections are expressed in a poetic revelation.

May it inspire and manifest in all, a loving and regenerative connection to Mother Nature, the creative forces in everyone, the arts, and the other good things in our life and community together: peace, love, joy, and good purpose, for generations to come.

Thanks to all my teachers and mentors, story tellers, ancestors, Mom, Dad, family, friends and loved ones, birds, bees, waters, soils, trees, the stones, winds, four legged ones, wee beasties and creepy crawlers of Earth... without you, I, a small drop of stardust and water, would not be here, and neither would this. Making art is a therapeutic tool, a way of expressing all the things that both sadden and enliven my heart. Story telling, making buckskin, music, dance, art and crafting, is a healthy way for me to process and express it all in a peaceful manner.
