This is the arranged version of Billy's theme that is on the PC Engine port.
The PC Engine SNK ports arranged music is different than that found on the Neo CD versions.
I'm not a fan of this version of Billy's theme. The PC Engine port of Fatal Fury 2 has a much better version.
I will probably upload the FF2 themes as well since they are different from the FFS ones.
