Sara Hossain:
Sara is a barrister from Bangladesh and has been practicing for 30 years in
constitutional, corporate, and family law. Sara’s casework before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh has included strategic litigation on equality and non discrimination, the right to liberty, forced marriage, child abduction, and freedom of expression. Previously selected by the President of the UN Human Rights Council, Sara was a founding board member of the South Asia Women’s Fund (now the Women’s Fund Asia), and was an Advisory Board member of the Open Society Justice Initiative.
