Going out at night to shut the chickens in to protect them from predators like foxes is a pain.
Many automated chicken doors are over $100… this one was an inexpensive $25 on eBay.
Yes it’s cheaply made with plastic , but so far it works and was easy to install…
I made a wooden frame to screw it onto, but depending on your setup this may not be required…
