INGREDIENTS
2lb. Tri tip beef steak, cut bite size
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tsp Ground Black pepper
1 Tbs Cooking oil, I used Grape seed
1 Shallot, peeled and minced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
4 Sprigs thyme, picked and chopped
1 Sprig rosemary, picked and chopped
1 Tbs Butter
1/2 C Beef stock ( 1 Tsp Better than Bouillon, Beef )
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Scallion, chopped
2 Tbs Parsley, chopped
Pinch red pepper flakes ( optional )
Salt to taste
