Audi TT RS Iconic Edition 2023 Review: Ultimate TT tested

The Audi TT RS Iconic Edition marks the end of the road for the German carmaker's hugely popular coupe and roadster. Launched in 2023, it is based on the flagship TT RS but adds a series of aerodynamic and cosmetic upgrades to create what could be the most desirable TT there's ever been.

Limited to just 100 models for Europe, only 11 of which are destined for the UK, the Iconic Edition costs £87,650, which is an uplift of almost £30,000 over a standard TT RS. Given that hefty price increase you might expect some mechanical changes to the 2.5-litre, five-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, but that is not the case. Mind you, as Chris Knapman discovers in this CarGurus UK review, the 395bhp and 354lb ft of torque produced by this engine still results in incredible performance. Getting from 0-62mph takes just 3.7 seconds, while the top speed is 174mph.
