Back to Stellar blade where I made a similar video compared to my R7 9800X3d + RTX 5090 FE....well in that use case, the R9 7945HX is WAY behind the R7 9800 X3D in some area, like in the city, where the framerate drops to 83fps for the R9 7945HX vs 130 with the R7 9800 X3D.

You can compare when Eve is leaving the Bar and entering the great place :

The UE4 on which Stellar Blade is based, is infamous for its pretty bad CPU management. UE will improved with 5.6 release and later, especially as the Witcher 4 will require way better CPU management...let's see...

Meanwhile the R7 9800 X3D is solving the issue with its X3D cache..:)

CPU Fan : Noctua NFA12x25, 25mm fan (15mm thick has not enough static pressure to unleash the full potential of the BD790i heatsink)
RAM : Crucial (RIP) 2x32Go 5200MTS (CAS 42-42-42)
SSD : Samsung 950 Pro 512 Go (10 years old)
PSU : Corsair SF1000 Platinum (2024) - second hand from Amazon
Side Fan : Fractal Design HP-12 Venturi (great fan) spinning at 1070 rpm as exhaust under load (Fan control is working fine with fan headers of the BD790i, except on the CPU)
Case : Sliger S620, horizontal stand
