Cinnamon Apple Fig Jam is a favorite we like to make with figs from our fig trees.
Recipe:
110 figs
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 apples
2 tablespoons cinnamon (add more if you like the cinnamon flavor stronger)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Recipe Doubled:
220 figs
8 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup brown sugar
8 apples
4 tablespoons cinnamon (in the video I started with 2 tablespoons and then added more later for a stronger cinnamon flavor)
1 cup water
4 tablespoons vanilla extract
