The skill of qigong is stillness. Awareness. Slowing down. Moving the body and quieting the mind. Finding your flow. Exactly what we need for our reiki practices! This Earth Flow is a wonderful way to warm up and come into your body before practicing reiki. Do it before your daily practice or before you prepare your space and your self for a client!
You can even share this simple, repetitive flow with your clients. Help them stay balanced in between sessions. The movements are easy. But for many of our clients, (and also ourselves :-) taking a few minutes out of our busy days to step away from stress is the challenge.
This video is repetitive. Only one flow, done over and over. I'll bet you'll feel your stress trying to pull you back in after the first two minutes. It happens to me all the time! We have to CHOOSE to stick around till we find our flow. This video helps with resilience, with staying in our flow. We can heal from heal from distraction and worry. Taking 10 minutes to do this video can help exchange stress chemicals in our bodies for the ones that create healing, health and flow state.
