Smoked Honey Ham on the Pellet Grill

This glazed ham is basted for hours then coated in a brown sugar and honey glaze until golden brown and caramelized. The ultimate holiday ham that’s super easy to make.
You can never go wrong with ham for the holidays and this glazed version is both beautiful and delicious.
of course you can use the packet that comes with, nothing wrong with that, but to make your own glaze:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
For the Ham its self, your typical spiral cut ham is precooked, that's right, right out of the bag, you can (most likely) eat it cold. But we're going to put on the 'ol pellet grill to get a nice smokey flavor to it as well.
Set your pellet grill to 220 degrees flat face down for 1.5 hours
transfer over to a pan of some sort and cover with a cup of chicken broth, cover with some foil and up the temp to 300
We're expecting about 2 more hours of cooking with you coming out every 20-30 mins base the ham with that chicken brouth.
20 mins before you pull off your ham, glaze it with the honey mix (above). This will carmlize but not all melt off.
Keep a little for some dipping sauce on the table.
