The very first thing to use a bell skiver is to have a SHARP blade on your bell.
Any other settings are meaningless otherwise.
This video is about sharpening a bell knife skiving machine and is the first in a series showing how to use a bell knife skiver. This one is mostly showing you what to do after a bell knife change or when you first get a new machine. I am in the process of making a manual for these machines (with pictures) and I will refer to these video's occasionally throughout the manual.
