One of my tenants was left in the cold. What else could i do. But repair the boiler asap. In lurgan this property worth nearly 140k is being rented at 700 per month.
Great little house but the boiler packed in and i had to fix it pronto. Turns out the pump wasnt working.
Fixed it within 30 minutes
