Beginner Backpacking: Backpacks, Traditional, Ultralight? Which style is right for you?

This is the third video in my beginner backpacking series. This one is all about backpacks. Before you pick a style of backpack, you really have to decide what kind of trips you want to do with it. Do you want to crush 15 to 20 miles a day and saw off your tooth brush? Then ultra light sounds like you. Do you want to go just a few miles, but bring a full kitchen set up, big roomy tents, and lots of comfort items? Then you’re probably more a traditional pack person. Or maybe you fall in between… there’s packs for that too. As always, I hope you enjoy and get something out of the video.
