Everyone says you'll need "AI skills" to get or keep a job in 2027. But what does that actually mean?

When you started a new job in 2024, your employer hands you a laptop and expects you to know Word, Excel, email, and web browsing.

In 2027, they'll also expect AI literacy, but nobody has clearly defined what that is yet.

In this video, I break down what AI literacy might look like right now and what skills could become essential in the future:

✅ The 5 baseline AI skills employers are looking for today
✅ Two critical skills that are "soon, not now" but coming fast
✅ Who's shaping these definitions (and why it matters)

Here's the thing: I volunteer in workforce development, and I'm building curriculum for 2026. I need to know what to teach and right now, there's no clear answer.
