One problem that all of us who are suffering with Long Covid, ME/CFS or other invisible energy limiting conditions have, is communicating to others, family, friends, partners - the complexity, difficulty and severity of the experience.
In this video, I talk to novelist (and long hauler) Kate Weinberg about her latest short novel There’s Nothing Wrong With her, inspired by her experiences being bed bound with Long Covid.
How can fiction cut through some of the barriers we face as a community, around awareness and communicating the true nature of the condition? I believe it has a really important role to play, especially with a book as profound and beautiful as this.
