Pretrial diversion is perhaps the GOLD STANDARD in Georgia for getting a criminal case against you resolved. These agreements are negotiated by your lawyer and should include a dismissal of ALL charges against you as well as your record being RESTRICTED.
While Pretrial Diversion is such a great outcome, prosecutors have absolute discretion in selecting which cases can sign up, making it imperative to have a defense team that will negotiate for YOU.
