This is an unboxing and first use video for my new Bosch City rapid boil 1.7L kettle, which I purchased from Argos for £39.99. It seemed a nice kettle with the usual features you'd expect to find on most kettles, detailed in the video. Its boiling time from cold for a full 1.7L of water is just under 4 minutes, so its quite quick. The downside is that it has, a day or so after doing this video, become very noisy when boiling the water - like a very loud and irritating oscillation noise which gets louder and then starts to die off as the water comes to the boil. This noise is very offputting and I cannot recommend this kettle. Its made in China, so its no surprise really that it has failed to please.
