We STEAMED Apples to Make Alcohol: Hard Cider from Whole Apples

It may not be new to you, but it's new to us: Steam Juicing. Wow, it's so simple, but so effective. We used whole apples and steam juiced them to make a hard cider. Yea, in the US, it's called hard cider. We don't make the rules. Enjoy! Thanks.
Ingredients:
15 lbs Apples, half Granny Smith, half Cosmic Crisp
1 Cup Black Tea, 1 tea bag steeped for 3 minutes

OG: 1.036
Additions:
42 grams Sugar
"Insurance" Yeast (we used Lalvin 71B)
